Chiropractic Scope in New Jersey  In light of recent cases and laws, NJ DCs are encouraged to get formal legal opinions. DCs elsewhere should take note. The issues surrounding scope of practice are significant. Not understanding the scope of practice can lead to recoupment, claims of malpractice, and worse.
