Steps for Logging In

Step 1 –

Close down any unnecessary programs, screen savers, and "hibernate" functions on your computer.

Screen savers and "hibernate" functions, if left enabled on your computer, can cause disruptions during a live web conference. For this reason, we recommend that you disable such routines prior to logging in to a live web conference.

Step 2 –

Locate the relevant meeting information (you need either a "Meeting ID" Number or a "Conference Call" Number to access a live web conference).

The Meeting ID / Conference Call Number should be included in your confirmation (assuming you pre-registered) or in your invitation (either personal or public). If you are unable to locate the meeting information, call the primary organizer identified on the conference schedule. For conferences organized by ProviderLAW, call 610-756-3795.

Step 3 –

Locate / print the most current version of the ProviderPRO Quick Reference Guide (you will need it during the login process and during the conference). Close the new window when done.

We recommend that you print this guide prior to each live web event, and have it accessible as you commence the login process. ProviderLAW will be regularly updating this guide. If you printed a previous version of this guide, please note that this version replaces it.

Step 4 –

Click here to get the web conference Slides and Handouts. Close the new window when done.

As conference slides and handouts are developed or made available to ProviderLAW, they will be posted in Conference Archives for easy retrieval by subscribers (or when the program is being made freely available to the public). You may wish to print these materials prior to the conference, or view them online on your own during the program.

Step 5 –

Participants – At least 30 minutes prior to the conference, enter the Meeting ID Number in the space below (one login per registration).

If you were registered for the conference as an "Attendee," this step does not apply to you. Go to the next step. Check your confirmation to see whether you were registered as an attendee or participant.
